When a call is made on your home our **Call Center** with in 15 min or less the call will be returned to make sure the caller received all the information about your home and try to set up a private showing.
I will compile an in depth **Comparative Market Analysis** of your home and the surrounding homes in your area. On my ** High Visibility “Post” Style Sign** there will be an additional **Toll Free 1(800) #** direct response hotline and a “take one” flyer box with **Brochures**. On each major street corner near your home I will have **Home for Sale Directional Arrows** to assist in the location of your home. We use **Over 20 Electronic Web Based Media Sites** for advertising our listings. A **V-Tour** will be done of your home and added to all our web based media sites.. Enter in the **MLS** where over 4,000 agents will be able to view information about your home. I Currently have I have**65 Buyers**on my program called **Home Buyers Scouting**Report looking for their new home. Send out **Internet Flyers** to every real estate agent in the Valley. A monthly customer **Progress Report **on showings and buyer responses. Send out invitations to our **Top 20** buyers real estate agents. I will supply you with **Open House** directional signs, balloons, flyers and etc. I will distribute **Just Listed Door Hanger** with your address and information and my card on the near by homes in your subdivision (If allowed). This is great way to get the word out to friends and family that live in your subdivision. We also have a **Free 14’ Moving Truck** that we allow our clients to use at no charge Just our way to say Thanks.
